How much will it cost to get my order delivered?

We charge a flat fee of $9.90 per order Australia-wide via Australia Post.

How do you send my order to me?

If you live in Australia, we’ll send your order with Australia Post unless otherwise arranged. Outside of Australia we also use Australia Post - International Parcels and Express Service. (separate charges apply)

Please note that we are unable to take responsibility for lost orders (particularly to overseas destinations). If you have a concern about this occurring in your country, please ask for postage insurance which will be an extra cost.


Can you deliver to a PO Box?

Yes we can....Australia Post delivers to physical addresses & PO Boxes for your conveneince.


How long will it take me to receive my order?

We endeavor to get your delivery to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please allow 7 days for delivery, although we aim to deliver in 3 working days. If you live in a smaller centre it can take up to 5 days. Deliveries to remote areas can vary greatly. For cheques or money orders, allow another 7 days for the funds to clear. For overseas deliveries, this could take up to 6 weeks, but usually a lot less, it all depends on what country your ordering from. If you’d like a better idea, contact us and we’ll ask. The exception here is where an ordered item is out of stock. In this case if the item will be available in 1 or 2 days we will hold off sending your order until that item comes in to send it all at once. If the item will be longer than that we will send your order without that item, & when it becomes available ship it to you at our own expense. If you require urgent delivery, or have special delivery requirements, please contact us on enquiries@1stchoiceorganics.com or phone us on 1300 789 506 and we will do our best to assist you.

Important Notice Regarding Incorrect or Damaged Goods. As the customer it is your responsibility to immediately advise us if an order delivery is late, incorrect or damaged. Please contact us immediately via email enquiries@1stchoiceorganics.com or phone on us 1300 789 506. Note that if an order is lost in transit, damaged or incorrect, we will dispatch replacement items at our discretion once we have investigated the situation. We endeavor to select delivery service providers that are committed to excellent service, but we will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery. We do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.


Will my deliveries be safe?

1st Choice Organic & Natural Products (www.1stchoiceorganics.com) use Australia Post for our deliveries. They are an excellent record of delivering parcels safely. However, if you are concerned about having deliveries left at your front door or left at the nearest Post Office, we suggest that you have the parcels delivered to your day time address.


Are all your products genuine?

Yes they are. 1st Choice Organic & Natural Products have research a huge number of companies & their products & will continue to do so, to always bring you the best products we can find. What we were looking for are products that only use all natural ingredients, which do not contain any petrochemicals, & are toxic and paraben free, and where possible use natural preservatives.


Do you have a catalogue?

No we do not provide a printed catalogue. However, every product we have is listed on our website with photos, and full descriptions. We are constantly adding new products to our website, so it is the most up to date list of what we offer.


Do you provide samples?

We sometimes include free samples in orders if they are available. Please contact us at enquiries@1stchoiceorganics.com with the details of what you would like.


Can you get me products that are not on your web site?

We are always willing to help you find the right product. If we don’t have what you need please tell us by email enquiries@1stchoiceorganics.com and if it complies with our strict standards, we will see if we can find what you are looking for. One of our goals is to be able to provide our customers with most of their needs.


I’m a manufacturer of organic, natural & safe products, would 1st Choice Organic & Natural Products be interested in selling my products?

Yes, if your products meet our stringent standards, such as no petrochemical, no sulphates, not tested on animals, and biodegradable. Please contact on enquiries@1stchoiceorganics.com & we will gladly take a look.


Are my details secure?

At 1st Choice Organic & Natural Products we respect the privacy of our customers and treat your personal information with strict confidentiality. We guarantee never to sell, rent, exchange or disclose your personal details to third parties, apart from your name and postal address to distribution agents for delivery of your products. We only collect the details that are necessary to enable efficient service and order fulfillment & for informing you (via email) when we have new products or a discount sale.

1st Choice Organic & Natural Products takes reasonable steps to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, destruction or disclosure. We also take reasonable steps to make sure the personal information we collect is complete and accurate. If you are aware of any of your personal information being held by us that is inaccurate or incomplete, please inform us immediately.


I don’t have a credit card, can I still purchase product from 1st Choice Organics & Natural Products?

Yes. We accept cheque / money order or direct debit (electronic funds transfers) just pick one of these options from the payment options when placing your order & the details will be emailed to you once you have confirmed your order. If you have any problems send an email to enquiries@1stchoiceorganics.com your name, address, contact numbers & list the products you would like, and we’ll send you an email with an invoice for your order which includes your payment options.
