Delivery Fees (Australia) $9.90 anywhere in Australia.
We charge a flat fee of $9.90 per order Australia Wide & use Australia Post for our deliveries. Contact us if you require a different method of delivery. (Separate charges will apply)

Delivery Times (Australia)
We endeavor to get your delivery to you as quickly and safely as possible. Our estimated delivery times are from when an order is placed.

Please allow 7 business days for delivery, although we aim to deliver in 3 working days. For cheques, bank transfers or money orders, allow another 7 business days for the funds to clear.

The exception here is where an ordered item is out of stock. In this case if the item will be available in 1 or 2 days we will hold off sending your order until that item comes in to send it all at once. If the item will be longer than that we will send your order without that item, & when it becomes available ship it to you at our own expense. Important Notice Regarding Incorrect or Damaged Goods
As the customer it is your responsibility to immediately advise us if an order delivery is late, incorrect or damaged. Please contact us immediately via email enquiries@1stchoiceorganics.com or phone on 1300 789 506. Note that if an order is lost in transit, damaged or incorrect, we will dispatch replacement items at our discretion once we have investigated the situation. We endeavor to select delivery service providers that are committed to excellent service, but we will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery. We do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.


Returns
1st Choice Organic & Natural Products is dedicated to customer service and quality control. While some are organically certified (where stated), all are made from natural ingredients with no added chemicals - which means they have limited shelf lives of between six months and two years. For this reason, we suggest you store your products in a cool, dry place away from direct light, as this will help to extend their natural shelf lives.

If your order arrives damaged or you are not completely satisfied with it for any reason, we will replace or refund the order Returns Policy below:

As individual manufacturers have their own Returns Policies, we are bound by them and cannot replace any product that does not fall within their terms. However, generally we will replace or refund any product that is returned to us within 14 days calendar days from the invoice date, and where the product has not been substantially used. We will also refund any postage costs incurred where damaged products are found to be the fault of the manufacturer or the handling of 1st Choice Organic & Natural Products.

Damaged or faulty goods, must be accompanied by with the original invoice, must be returned within 14 calendar days from the invoice date. Customers must also call us and have the return authorised prior to returning it. You may request a refund or product replacement. Refund of the original product price is by way of the original method of payment. If you request a replacement, we will dispatch your replacement item (subject to availability) once we receive the returned goods. If a returned product was purchased in a promotion where a free item/s was included in the order, the free item/s must also be returned to receive the full refund.

While all products are carefully packaged, from time to time fragile items such as soap bars etc may suffer slight damage from handling and transit. This will not limit their use or effectiveness, so cannot be returned for this reason. Returns will usually only be accepted where damage to packaging that is the fault of the manufacturer or 1st Choice Organic & Natural Products has caused such products to leak or taint, rendering them unusable or unhygienic.

Although it is very rare, in our experience, for Australia Post and other carriers to damage products whilst in transit, there is a possibility this may occur. In such cases, 1st Choice Organic & Natural Products cannot be held responsible for any shipping damage incurred. If you are concerned that your order may be damaged during transit to your area, state or country, it is advisable that you opt to insure the order. Please specify at the time of ordering what method of shipping you would prefer, and if you would like your order to be insured at extra cost.

Environmentally Friendly Packaging
Where possible we re-use packaging from suppliers. Re-use is environmentally-friendly and also helps us keep costs down. We use environmentally friendly, fully biodegradable Bio-fill as loose-fill, to protect items during shipping. Bubble wrap will only be used where essential.


Shipping times vary for each locality and country, but as a general rule the following estimated times of arrival will apply using default services:

All regions: add 1-2 days to process and pack order

Australia: 3 – 7 days

Asia Pacific: About 1-2 weeks

North America: 1-3 weeks (depending on US Customs)

Europe: 1-2 weeks

Rest of World: 1-3 weeks

International Orders (from outside Australia)
Contact us before ordering from overseas so we can calculate postage and remove GST.

International Orders – Country Restrictions
Not all countries are listed as shipping locations due to our international courier’s network limitations and customs complexities. If your country is not listed, email us with the goods you would like to purchase and we can arrange the most appropriate delivery method with you. We may also need to consider customs restrictions in your country, depending on the products you select. Payment for these items must be via electronic funds transfer or PayPal.

International Orders – Customer and Payment Verification
All orders received by 1st Choice Organic & Natural Products must be paid in full prior to dispatch. We will occasionally require verification of a cardholder’s identity and address and will contact customers should this be the case. In some cases we may require an alternative means of payments (eg: funds transfer). We are committed to servicing all genuine customers, and we are sorry if you find this process complex and inconvenient. Please understand that our bank has advised us that credit card fraud is common, and we should protect ourselves in this fashion.

International Orders – Customs
Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We can not predict these charges and have no control over them. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from 1st Choice Organic & Natural Products, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
