a) Payment
All orders received by 1st Choice Organic & Natural Products must be paid in full prior to dispatch.
b) International Orders
- Country Restrictions
Not all countries are listed as shipping locations due to our courier’s network limitations and customs complexities. If your country is not listed, email us with the goods you would like to purchase and we can arrange the most appropriate delivery method with you. Payment for these items must be via electronic funds transfer.
- Product Restrictions
Note that unless you can establish otherwise with your country’s customs authorities, we can only send a restricted product selection. As a general rule we don’t send nutritional supplements, food stuffs, laundry liquids, household cleaners or large appliances/items to overseas addresses.
c) Correct Details
When placing an order you are obliged to enter the correct delivery address details. If you enter the wrong address, you will be liable for any subsequent loss of the products.
d) Late, Incorrect or Damaged Goods
As the customer it is your responsibility to immediately advise us if an order delivery is late, incorrect or damaged. Note that if an order is lost in transit, damaged or incorrect, we will dispatch replacement items at our discretion once we have investigated the situation. We endeavor to select delivery service providers that are committed to excellent service, but we will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery. We do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
e) Returns
Damaged or faulty goods, along with the original invoice, must be returned within 14 calendar days from the invoice date. Customers must also call us and have the return authorized prior to returning it. You may request a refund or product replacement. Refund of the original product price is by way of the original method of payment. If you request a replacement, we will dispatch your replacement item (subject to availability) once we receive the returned goods. If a returned product was purchased in a promotion where a free item/s was included in the order, the free item/s must also be returned to receive the full refund.
f) Goods and Services Tax (GST)
GST of 10% will be included in prices where applicable. Goods sold outside Australia are exempt from GST.
g) Changes
Products and prices may change without notice. 1st Choice Organic & Natural Products reserves the right to invoice goods at the current published price.
